Using Styles
Style is a predefined combination of font style, color, and font size. You can use styles to change the appearance of texts in your word document in a short time. Style helps make your document more professional. These styles save you time and help your document look good.
For example, applying the Heading 1 style might make text bold, Arial, and 16 point, and applying the Heading 2 style makes text bold, italic, Arial, and 14 point.
How to apply style in MS Word?
You can create professional and presentable documents in MS Word by applying different styles. To apply styles to a Word document, do the following.
1. Select Text,
2. Click on the Home tab,
3. You can see different styles under  Styles group, and you can also see other styles by clicking on the drop-down arrow.
4. Click on any one style you need.
