Computer Operator Pracitcal Excel Question; How to calculate increment salary of company?

Question:- Calculate the Increment using by excel.

A Trading company distributes incentive salary to the staff 25000/- because of company boomed up.

Calculate the increament Salary

a. Calculate the Percentage as

(After Increment Salary - Before Increment Salary)/Before Increment Salary * 100

b. Show the percent in pie chart view.

Solution:-

Tyte any five data of employees in the excel sheet.

Then, write down the following formulas in the required cells.

Add column After Increment Salary (C2):-     =C2+25000

Add column Percentage of Increment Salary (E2):-    =(D2-C2)/C2*100

To insert Pie Chart:-

Step 1:- Select Column Designation (B), Percentage of Increment Salary (E)

Step 2:- Go to Insert Tab.

Step 3:- Click Pie chart option under Charts group. That's all.
