How to use design or theme?

The theme in Ms-Powerpoint formats all the slides at once, such as: the color of the letters, the shape and type of the letters, modifying the distances between the sentences to easily create a popular and attractive presentation. For that, do the following.

Step 1: - Click on Design tap, 

Step 2: - Under themes group you can see the list of themes. Click on any theme you like or need. For example, when clicking on the first Civic theme, now the slide appears as follows. 

This way you can change the theme. But the simpler the theme, the better.
