How to Align Text in Ms-Powerpoint Slide?
Step 1: Select the word or sentence in the slide,
Step 2: Click on Home Tab,
Step 3: The four commands under the paragraph group (Align Text left, center, right and justify) do the following.
Left align completes letters to the left without moving to the right,
The right align completes the letters to the right without moving to the left.
The center align only places the letters in the middle, not in the left and right.
Justify align keeps the letters to the left and right,
Align the text as you need by clicking on the option. I click on the justify option.
This way you can align the selected letters or sentences.
