Ms Excel Practical Question with solution; How to calculate Grade of Product and Bar chart.

Question:- Create the following table in Sheet1 with following conditions and perform following calculation asked in MS-Excel.

Places	Target	Production	Achievement	Grade
Dolakha	4800	6000	125%
Sindhupalchwok	5000	4500	90%
Kavrepalanchwok	5000	5000	100%
Average	4933.33	5166.67	104.73%

a) Calculate grade A+ for more than 100% achievement; A for 100% achievement and B for below 100% achievement. 

b) Create a bar chart to show the target and production of three places under observation.

Formula for creating Grade:

Grade (E2):- =IF(D2>100%, "A+", IF(D2=100%,"A", "B")) 

To insert chart to show Target and Production Column:-

Step 1:-Select cells of Target and Production Column 

Step 2:- Click Insert Tab.

Step 3:- Click Select Data.

Step 4:- Click Edit.

Step 5:- Select Range of Places from Cell A2:A4.

Step 6:- Click OK button. That's all.
