As per the decision of the State Government (Council of Ministers), the vacancies in the following services, groups, sub-groups, and levels of Service have to be filled as per the demand.

Lumbini Pradesh Lok Sewa Aayog Vacancy Notice Details:

Total Vacancy Seats: 106 seats

Types of Exams: – Written, group discussions and interviews.

Examination Center: – Lumbini State, Location: Butwal.

Medium of examination: – The medium of examination (language) can be Nepali or English or both Nepali and English.

Application Fee: – The application fee for each advertisement is Rs. 200/ – (two hundred) will have to be paid. 

In case of the candidate applying for additional advertisement on behalf of the inclusive group for the same service/group / sub-group post, additional Rs. 100.- (one hundred) additional fee will have to be paid.

Last date to apply: – 2078-05-17 and double fee paid till 2078-05-24.

Age limit of the candidate: – In the case of civil service posts, the age of 21 years should not be less than 35 years. 

In the case of women and disabled candidates should not be less than 40 years.

Exam Schedule and Date of Interview: – latter will be published after the written exam on the websites

Details of work to be done in the post: – As specified by the state government regarding service and group.

Salary facility and service condition: – 

Salary facility and service conditions will be the same as the employees working in the state.

How to apply?

Interested candidates can apply by submitting personal details, citizenship certificate, educational qualification certificate, and other documents, work experience certificates, and other documents by creating a User ID by clicking the link Province Public Service Commission, Bagmati Pradesh. and fill the form at the website of the Public Service Commission, Bagmati Pradesh. 

Here I present how to apply form from your computer at home. Follow the steps one by one.

Step1:-  Go to https://ppsconline.lumbini.gov.np/#/loginS

Step2:- If you are new, then click on दर्ता गर्नुहोस् । Otherwise input your email and password and click to बुझाउनुहोस् ।

Step3:- I want to open a New Account. Go to दर्ता गर्नुहोस् । 

Step4:- Fill up all the details in English and click on बुझाउनुहोस् button. After that see your confirmation email.

Step5:- After Confirmation, you need to set up a password and log in to the website.

Step6:- Go to प्रोफाईलमा जानुहोस् button and Fill up all the forms of all Tab Menu one by one and Upload the documents. 

Note: But you need to remember all documents should be in PDF Format. If you want to need how to convert an Image file to PDF, comment below. I will explain to you how to convert using Ms-Word Software.

Step:7:- At the शिक्षा Tab Menu, go to नयाँ थप्नुहोस् button. Fill up the popup form by submitting your educational details and Submit documents also.

Step8:- In the कागजात Tab menu, Click फोटो अपलोड गर्नुहोस् । Upload your Photo, Signature, Front and Backside of your Citizenship.

Step9:- After completing the form, it's time to apply the application. Click on रिक्त पद button on the left side of the page. 

 Click on विस्तृत विवरण हेर्नुहोस् । 

Step10: Check the type of advertisement you want to apply. Fill up your required details and click on Apply button.

Step11:- After you need to clock on हो, निश्चित गर्नुहोस् button if your form details are right, if not go back correct the details and submit documents.

Step12: Hurry! you have successfully applied advertisement.
